House Rules
Welcome to Vila Presjenica! To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone while preserving this beautiful environment for future guests, please review the house rules below. These guidelines are designed to help you make the most of your stay while keeping the property in excellent condition for future guests.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Food & Supplies
We've provided the following items for your convenience:
- Coffee, tea, cooking oil, sugar, and salt.
Feel free to use these during your stay. If you consume any of these items, please let us know so we can restock for future guests.
4. Maximum Occupancy
The house is designed for a maximum of 6 guests, making it perfect for families with children. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional visitors during your stay.
5. Towels & Laundry
- We provide 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person.
- If you need to clean your towels during your stay, you're welcome to use the washing machine and dryer. Instructions are provided in the house manual.
6. Hot Tub Rules
- The hot tub can accommodate up to 5 people at a time.
- For safety and comfort, please avoid overloading it.
- After use, always cover the hot tub with the thermal cover to prevent excess moisture in the house.
- The PIN for the Bluetooth music system is 8855.
- Please shower before using the hot tub to keep the water clean for everyone.
- Do not use glassware or alcohol near the hot tub.
7. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house except by an open window.
- Smoking is permitted outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the designated ashtray. Do not throw them in the yard or surrounding areas.
8. Waste Disposal
- Please dispose of all waste in the large trash bin located outside the house.
- Do not flush any non-flushable items (e.g., hygiene products, baby wipes, cotton pads, or tissues) down the toilets or sinks.
9. Heating & Fireplace
- The house is primarily heated by a central fireplace. Firewood is stored in the shed beside the entrance. In addition to the fireplace, each room has an inverter that can provide heating.
- A battery-powered vacuum cleaner is available to clean up any mess from the fireplace area.
10. Alcohol & Drugs
Alcohol and drug consumption is strictly forbidden inside the house and on the premises.
11. Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially late in the evening after 22:00 (10:00 PM) when the legal quiet hours take effect in our region, to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
12. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house or on the premises.
13. Parking
Free parking is available for multiple vehicles and is intended for guest vehicles.
14. WiFi Access
The WiFi password is: presjenica2025
Excellent signal in the house and garden shed.
15. Emergency Calls
A table with emergency numbers for police, ambulance, and fire department is posted on a special brochure displayed on the kitchen wall. Any emergency situation can also be reported to the booking contacts listed above.
16. Personal Items & Luggage
Please be careful when leaving the house and property to either store your valuables in the safe or take them with you. The owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property of guests and visitors.

Please ensure that all windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving Vila Presjenica and the property! We want your stay at Vila Presjenica to be as comfortable as possible.
